Do I need a disc drive?
Writing a physical disc requires a compatible optical writer and suitable blank media. Image creation can be used without writing a disc.
Is a data DVD the same as a DVD-Video?
No. A data DVD stores files; a DVD-Video uses a specific playable video structure. Choose a task appropriate for the disc you need.
Can every disc be erased?
No. Erasing requires supported rewritable media and a compatible drive. A write-once CD-R or DVD-R cannot be erased.
