Q 01: How do I input more than one file at a time?

A: You can select the files by clicking "Add..." button. Or you can select a file at first, and then holding down the Shift key and left clicking on the individual song to check those songs between these two songs. Or clicking "Ctrl + A" to select all files in the folder. The information of those files you have selected will appear in the conversion list.

Q 02: My video file has been converted into 3GP format. But I do not think the video screen is clear enough. Can I improve it by certain settings?

A: The default settings which we offered for 3GP output are those requested by most of mobile phones. If you want to get better quality, please select "mpeg4" as video codec instead of "h.263", as well as select a larger number for video bit rate and video size (You need no manual numeric adjustment but to select a preset in the dropdown list below the format buttons). They will produce a file with better quality but you must be sure that those settings can also work with your phone.

Q 03: I noticed that your program offers 3 kinds of output video formats. As far as the quality is concerned, which one is the best, MP4, MP4 AVC or WMV?

A: If you only want to get the best quality, we recommend MP4 AVC format, which is in H.264 video codec. But the output size would be larger than others. Actually, MP4 format will be more proper in the file size and quality.

Q 04: What is the maximum duration for conversion with CyberPower Video Switch?

A: We suggest you not to make a single file too big because:

1. There's a technical limitation to the permitted maximum file size. This is imposed by the file system used on the hard drive. For example, in a FAT32 file system on Windows there is a 4GB limit. However, most computers these days are set up with NTFS file systems and no such limit is imposed.

2. There are many practical reasons why files of this big size and long duration are not helpful. It is difficult to edit a file of this big size and in fact it may lead to the failure of importing into multimedia editing software. Additionally, if the multimedia file needs to be sent to a third party (for example, as an email attachment), it may be barred by most mail servers due to its huge size.
